This is a Huge issue!!
For me personally I love to be busy, I am great at motivating myself to do stuff and am find ways to get over Procrastination. Yet the second I don’t have my mind on something I need to do I get tired and then my brain KICKS IN TO BED TIME MODE.
Of course their are ways to counter this; Stay busy,exercise,low sugar levels the lot yet I still do it. I love to talk about battling the mind and overcoming Procrastination. But theories and methods are easy Practice is hard.
So I wake up at 6am work,work,work then its 12 (if I am not working) then feel tired and go to sleep to hope to gain energy to do more stuff in the day.
