What does this mean:
Neurological problems can cause tremors, but they can also be caused by metabolic problems and toxins (such as alcohol) that affect the brain and nervous system.Shaking hands and tremor can also be a side effect of different medications. – Google
Well I barely drink, don’t take any medication, what could it be?
Well I always have thought it to be nerves, I am realistically a shy person. I had that by talking a lot and moving my hands. Yet sometimes it can effect my work life. Yesterday I started my new job – waiter/bar staff at a hotel. Yet in this situation I cannot hid it.
It cannot be nerves all the time though. As of making this post my hands are shaking. Is it a bad diet or early signs of Parkinson. Whatever it is doesn’t feel great.
